Delete your Holler account.
Two ways to do it, and a plain description of what gets removed.
From inside the app.
Open Holler on your phone. Tap the gear icon in the top right of your profile. Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Delete account. Confirm in the sheet that comes up. The account is removed immediately.
By email.
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your Holler account. We confirm and delete within seven days. We will never delete an account based on a request from a different address.
What gets removed.
- Your sign-in (email and sessions).
- Any pending claim you submitted.
- If you are the owner of a claimed business, the business itself. Any teammates you invited lose access at the same moment.
- If you are a teammate on someone else's business, only your seat is removed. The business and its other members are unaffected.
What stays.
Hollers you already posted live on Holler. Live ones expire on their own two-hour window. Past ones remain accessible on your business's page on onholler.com as the per-business archive, until the business itself is removed.
Encrypted backup copies of deleted account data are purged within thirty days as part of normal database maintenance.
